Heyyo, Jan-na-nah is here. Welcome to cassy channel. Today, I'm I'll be talking about Cross-country in Maktab Sains. Just to be informed, the cross-country will be exactly 12 hours from now(7.07pm) and also..I'M SO EXCITED. i don't if i could sleep..but what? Oh yeah, my bro just remind me that he'll be off to Brisbane than to Sydney in exactly 6 hours. Today's time went so fast! I hope eveyone Good Luck especially YEAR 8B!!! i hope most of our year 8B get medals and it'll make out class more ROKER! whooshhh..what's that.. oh yeah, it was a fly just buzzing..it should be bzzzzzz not whooshhh..urghh..nvm..opps, sorry pals. Okay, guess wat, I'm blogging the 8Bs blog again coz I'm pretty bored-o ryte now. What I'm gonna blog is the 8Bs family. Here it is:
Grandma- Jannah <------- God, I'm sooo old, maan
Jannah's son- Jason <-------- He's taller than his mother, WOW, haha.
Jason's daughter also my granddaughter- Mia <--------- My granddaughter is the youngest girl in class, I'm sooo happy, apakan, random, haha =D
Jannah's wife or watevs- Rachel <------- my wifee lovee, apakan, random, hahaha.
Jannah's sister- Zaty <----- zaty is my sister?!!! WOW, hahaha.
Zaty's daughter also Mia's cousin- Mum <------- Mum is my 'anak buah' hahahaha.

Hey hey :D haha so me mummy Jan gave y'all some tips down there..just thought i add a few more...
1. Dont eat to much for breakfast xD Go for cereal etc those carbohydrate stuffs xD grab a banana before you go :D
2. Even if you see people in front of you run at the start..that doesnt mean their gonna win xD save energy...then you can run near the end and get that medal for 8B! :D
3. Dont drink too much water like Jazz did last year xD stomach hurt and stuff...so just drink a little to rinse your mouth... then keep on going :)
4. Try your best ,dont give up no matter how far you are and have fun :)

Hey guys, wassup??? I'm sooo bored right now, and tired also, so I decided to blog the 8Bs blog that already few days haven't blog............ Ok, the upcoming events that is the crosscountry is coming up less than a week now. So, to all 8Bs, please try to get top 10 or top 20 so we can......... ???? I don't know for wat actually but just try to get top 10 or top 20, so the cross-country inda batah lagi, so practice th awal-awal to get more stamina and to.... I don't know.
So here some few tips that I usually used when I practice for cross-country:
#1- If U guys get tired, don't start walking or stop, just keep on jogging but a slow jog.
#2- Don't use ALL your energy when the events start, try to save some of your energy for the finishing line.
#3- If your muscle arah your.... I don't know, yang arh siring2 atu sakit, bend a bit, I don't know why but my teacher usually ask us to do that when our muscle arh siring2 atu pain.
#4- Breath through your nose and kadang2 breath through your mouth jua.
Ok, that's all my tips yang I usually do or use so that's all I wanna say, so, JAN-NA-NAH IS OUT XD

Anyway, we've adjusted to our new classmates and new teachers. And our teachers probably hate us pasal we're a bunch of very annoying and noisy teenagers who don't listen to our teachers and still manage to pass our exams with A's and B's.
The teachers probably hates us.
So what? It's not like we care. Right?
